When will my order be dispatched?

Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours of the order being placed. If your order is placed over the weekend it will be dispatched the following Monday.

You will receive confirmation of your order once it's on the way to you.

How much is delivery?

All deliveries are FREE and shipped on a 24hour service. Please allow up to 48hours once order dispatch email has been sent.

Orders are dispatched using Royal Mail 24 hours. Please allow 48 hours once you receive your dispatch email.

How are the products shipped?

Our packaging is cleverly designed to fit through your letterbox. We use Royal Mail to deliver our product.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Unfortunately we cannot offer free shipping on international orders. £9.99 for EU countries. £14.99 for the rest of the world. Please allow up to 14 working days for international orders.

Where is the product manufactured?

All of our products are manufactured in the UK to the GMP code.

Are the ingredients high quality?

We only use the best ingredients for our products. We are always looking at ways of increasing the quality of our products.

Are your products GMO?

Our products are free from genetic modification and do not contain any associated products that are.

Is your bottle recyclable?

Yes. Our aim is to have as little impact on the plant as possible. Both lid and bottle are recyclable.

Do you have a returns policy?

Firma VIT offers an unconditionally guarantee on the quality of our products. If you're not satisfied simply contact us within 45 days of delivery.

Any unopened products back within 45 days will get a 100% cash refund.

How do I cancel an order?

If you have already received your dispatch email, unfortunately we will not be able to cancel your order.
